1 lb thinly sliced Flank steak

2 cups Thai basil
3-4 Thai chilies
6 cloves Garlic

3 tbsp Fish sauce
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
Instructions

Slice beef very thin against the grain.

Heat wok over high heat until smoking. Add oil and swirl.

Add garlic and chilies, stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add beef in a single layer, let sear without moving for 1 minute, then stir-fry until just cooked.

Add fish sauce, oyster sauce, and a splash of water. Toss to coat.

Turn off heat, add Thai basil and toss until just wilted. Serve immediately over jasmine rice.
