28 oz Canned San Marzano tomatoes

8 oz Burrata cheese
1/2 cup Heavy cream

1 bunch Fresh basil

Instructions

Cook pasta in heavily salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.

Meanwhile, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add tomatoes (crush by hand), salt, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Stir in cream and simmer for 2 more minutes.

Add drained pasta to sauce with a splash of pasta water. Toss to coat.

Serve in bowls topped with torn burrata and fresh basil. Drizzle with olive oil.
