3 cups Broccoli florets
2 cups Cherry tomatoes
1 Lemon

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

Toss broccoli and tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on one side of the pan.

Mix Dijon, honey, and lemon juice. Brush over salmon fillets.

Place salmon on the other side of the pan.

Roast for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily and veggies are tender.

Serve with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
