2 lbs boneless Chicken thighs

1 cup Yogurt
1 cup Heavy cream
4 tbsp Butter
🏺Pantry
28 oz Tomato sauce
2 tbsp Garam masala
Instructions

Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, and half the spices for at least 30 minutes.

Grill or broil marinated chicken until charred. Set aside.

In a large pot, melt butter and sauté onions until golden.

Add garlic, ginger, remaining spices. Cook until fragrant.

Add tomato sauce, simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in cream and butter.

Add chicken pieces, simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with naan and basmati rice.
